How to Book Your Fitness Class at Define Fitness
First, buy a Group Fitness deal here, then book your classes on this page. We suggest you only book your classes weekly in advance. Booking helps make sure there’s always a spot reserved for you. The Group Fitness deal gives you up to 60 highly motivating classes over 6 weeks in a mixture of outdoor and indoor settings.
Our Fitness classes are offered at various times and days of the week for your convenience and to suit your schedule. We use the online application “Punchpass” to manage all our bookings. To book a class you will need to create an account in Punchpass using the options below.
This Punchpass account is separate from the account you would have made in our ecommerce system to buy your Group Fitness deal. It’s also separate for the Mind Body system used for our gym memberships. It’s easy, if you haven’t booked a Group Fitness class before, just follow these instructions.
- Click the ‘create account‘ button and open your own account. Enter your email address and a password of your choice.
- Select the fitness class you want to book, fill in your details and reserve your spot.
Can’t attend a fitness class you booked?
That’s no problem. Please take the time to cancel your reservation, as it will allow others to attend.
There are 2 ways to cancel your reservation:
- OPTION 1
Log into your Punchpass account below. You will see a list of your upcoming reservations. To cancel, select the ‘cancel’ option to the right of your class.
- OPTION 2
Every time you make a reservation via Punchpass, you will receive an email confirmation. In the email use the link ‘click here to cancel this reservation’ to cancel your class and automatically update our schedule.
Define Fitness class timetable
Please ensure you book your class online. Classes are popular and filling up fast! Just turn up ten minutes in advance of the class, and wear comfortable clothes and runners.
